2024 Ecowater Elite Designer Study Tour Camp Hangzhou Station successfully concluded

From July 24 to 26, 2024, “Dream Home” – the first stop of the 2024 Ecowater Elite Designer Study Tour Camp was successfully held in the historical and cultural city of Hangzhou, marking the official launch of this series of activities.

This study tour brought together the elite forces of well-known domestic interior designers and Ecowater brand service provider teams. Through sharing by experts, in-depth exchanges and visits and study tours, not only did they deeply explore the cross-border and integration of design concepts, but they also concentrated on displaying the innovative application of Ecowater water purification technology in design.

At the first stop of this study tour, the designers went to the Ecowater Hangzhou Customer Care Center, where a unique design salon was launched. Focusing on the topic of home design and cross-border integration, the designers and guests embarked on an inspiring creative journey, constantly exploring the possibilities and boundaries of design.

Mr. Bao Liangjun, representative of Ecowater brand service provider (Hangzhou Peninsula Water Purification Equipment Co., Ltd.), first expressed a warm welcome to the design elites from all over the country. In his opening speech, he reviewed the 14-year cooperation with the Ecowater brand, and focused on introducing the environmentally friendly and sustainable design concept of the Ecowater Customer Care Center – without affecting the versatility and flexibility of the space, the use of materials is reduced to meet the needs of different scenarios. This is consistent with the service attitude of the Ecowater brand to meet the needs of different customers with the ultimate service, and it also expresses Ecowater’s forward-looking awareness of environmental protection and sustainable development. In the future, the Hangzhou Ecowater Customer Care Center will continue to bring customers a “good water, good life” home water experience with better products and services.

Zhu Xiaoming, founder and creative director of ING Design Agency, profoundly explained how design carries and conveys the deep emotions between families through a series of rich and diverse family design cases. With rigorous logic and delicate emotions, he led the audience to feel the “great love” in the “small home” from the subtle details. In Zhu’s view, the beauty of a home is not limited to the size of the space. The key lies in whether you can find your own sense of belonging and spiritual home. Therefore, he encourages people to pursue the real feelings brought by the space, rather than external fame and vanity.

It is worth mentioning that through the design case of the retirement island, Mr. Zhu showed his care and respect for the elderly. He emphasized that design is not only a combination of aesthetics and function, but also an interpretation of human perception. Mr. Zhu Xiaoming concluded this sharing with “Design is not necessarily in the bright place, the fireworks in the market can all be a place for practice.” He reminded us that design is everywhere. It is not just a high-end artwork or luxury goods, but also a power that can convey love and care that is closely related to people’s daily lives.

The sharing of “Small Home, Big Love” triggered active exchanges among a group of elite designers.

Mr. Huang Jianguo, Dean of Changjiang Design, Sanmu Space Decoration Design, pointed out that the core goal of designers is to create a warm home. He suggested integrating humanistic feelings and national spirit into the concept of family, and making the family environment more vivid, vibrant and warm through good product implantation or value concept transmission.

Mr. Wu Sihao, founder of the House and Object Aesthetic Design Company, emphasized that designers should integrate customer needs, create a satisfactory home environment, and provide design suggestions from the perspective of improving the quality of life.

Mr. Yang Yun, founder of Yun Design, believes that designers are not only executors, but also creators. They need to use superb skills and abilities to understand and grasp the needs of the owners, and then create personalized and functional spaces.

Mr. Li Liang, the principal of Jiefang Design, said that Mr. Zhu Xiaoming’s profound understanding of traditional Chinese literati thought and traditional culture has deeply touched him, and emphasized that this understanding has extremely high learning value for designers.

Mr. Liu Ronglu, founder of Liu Ronglu International Space Design, fondly recalled his indissoluble bond with art and his cross-border story with art design in his sharing. He emphasized the wide interoperability of the design field and pointed out that various design forms should be integrated with each other to jointly build a richer and more diverse space experience. In Mr. Liu’s design philosophy, artistic thinking is an indispensable soul. He frankly said that romance is not a sourceless water, but is deeply rooted in the soil of rationality. Through the perspective of art, he can keenly capture the pulse of fashion, predict and lead the future design trend.

Mr. Liu Ronglu is also good at cleverly integrating the internal and external scenery to make the building and the environment coexist harmoniously. He firmly believes that design is not only about shaping space, but also about deep thinking about the relationship between people and the environment. In his works, we can see the perfect fusion of ancient and modern architecture, the collision and fusion of tradition and modernity, showing a unique cultural charm and contemporary atmosphere. Especially when facing projects surrounded by water, he has brought the element of water to its extreme, allowing the agility of water to be perfectly integrated with the tranquility of space, so that every detail reveals the awe and respect for nature.

In the subsequent exchange session, Mr. Chen Fu, the design director of Yishu Space Design, said that Mr. Liu Ronglu’s courage to face the restrictions of conditions and the spirit of being rooted in the construction site for a long time resonated with him.

Mr. Zhang Yuanming, the chief designer of Suzhou Haoying Design, believes that artists have a unique perspective in expressing rational thinking and cultural impact. He hopes to apply what he has learned to his profession, so that design work can not only solve functions and aesthetics, but also deeply explore the needs of family members.

Mr. Bao Qingqi, the service director of Eco-Friendly (China), emphasized in his sharing that Eco-Friendly is committed to accompanying owners and designers throughout the process to build an ideal home together. From design conception to implementation, Ecowater strives for perfection in every step – this includes not only tailor-made home aesthetic design solutions that allow the whole house water purification products to be harmoniously integrated according to the unique tastes and needs of each customer, but also one-on-one exclusive services to ensure that every detail exceeds expectations.

Since 2022, Ecowater has established 15 customer care centers across the country, which not only demonstrates the brand’s strength, but also aims to build a bridge for in-depth communication and interaction with users and designer partners. In the future, Ecowater will also unswervingly promote the national layout of customer care centers to further broaden the brand’s influence and service scope.

At the same time, Ecowater will continue to explore and enrich the content and form of designer exchange activities, promote the extensive sharing of knowledge and the fierce collision of creativity, so as to inspire more inspiration and creativity for a better life.

Mr. Sun Changshan, Director of Retail Business of Ecowater (China), focused on the importance of after-sales service. He pointed out that under fierce market competition, in addition to high-quality products, Ecowater also actively provides customers with a number of high-quality services including insurance. At the same time, he also reiterated Ecowater’s firm determination to practice the concept of “long-termism”. As one of Ecowater’s future strategic focuses, the Chinese market is about to usher in the brand’s centenary celebration. It is crucial to comprehensively upgrade the positioning and image of Ecowater’s high-end water purification brand to meet Chinese consumers’ pursuit of high-quality water purification life. This strategy not only focuses on solving daily water use problems, but also focuses on improving the quality of drinking water, thereby demonstrating Ecowater’s high attention to consumer health.

At the event, Mr. Sun Changshan also introduced a new Ecowater all-in-one water purifier and heat machine. This product follows the core filtration technology of the Ecowater brand and is committed to providing consumers with a convenient, healthy and sweet drinking water experience. At the end of the event, Mr. Sun Changshan, Mr. Bao Qingqi, Mr. Bao Liangjun and other Ecowater and its brand representatives jointly awarded the “Ecowater New Product Recommender” honorary certificate to the designers who came to the scene.

The second day’s study tour was undoubtedly a deep baptism of mind and wisdom for the designers.

In the morning, the designers came to the National Library of China in Hangzhou. This building, carefully designed by the famous architect Wang Shu, not only attracts everyone’s attention with its unique appearance, but also makes people stop and ponder with its architectural philosophy. The designers carefully savored the design ingenuity of each stone and each wall, and deeply felt the architect’s tribute and innovation to traditional culture.

In the afternoon, the designers moved to the quiet tea room to start the calligraphy and tea-making experience. In the calligraphy class, they held the brush in their hands, dipped in ink, and felt the charm and power flowing between the pen and ink.

In the tea-making experience, the designers personally ground the tea powder, poured water to make tea, and felt the unique charm of tea-making in the Song Dynasty. In the process of tasting tea, the designers not only felt the mellowness and sweetness of the tea, but also realized the importance of water to tea.

So far, the first stop of the “Dream of a Happy Home” – 2024 EcoWater Elite Designer Study Tour Camp in Hangzhou has come to a successful conclusion. This exploration journey of design, culture, health and quality has left a deep impression on every designer.
